Setup Guide

Smartphone compatibility ensures a device works with software, networks, and accessories. It includes factors like operating system support, network bands (e.g., 5G), and hardware requirements. Checking compatibility ensures smooth use of mobile data, apps, and other devices.

Go to Settings > Connection. Android step 1

Tap on "SIM manager" Android step 2

Tap "Add eSIM/Mobile plan" Android step 3

Click "Scan QR Code".
Option 1: You can scan the QR-Code from your PC/Laptop/Tablet using Smartphone Camera

Option 2: Make Screenshot of e-SIM QR-Code from your Profile (to check: click here), and then choose the Screenshot from Gallery

Option 3: Click "enter Activation code" and write LPA code (to check: click here)

Make sure you have data roaming enabled! Android step 5

Go to Settings > Mobile Service/Cellular and tap "add eSIM" iPhone step 1

Tap "Use a QR code" iPhone step 2

Scan the QR code received by email or enter details of eSIM manually (if you can not scan) iPhone step 3

After scanning the QR code, activate the eSIM by tapping continue iPhone step 4

Activation of eSIM completed! Make sure you have 2 network signal bars on top iPhone step 5

Tap the new eSIM installed to rename it iPhone step 6

Rename it to eSIM or anything else iPhone step 7

Set your Primary SIM as Default Line iPhone step 8

Set your Primary SIM for iMessage & FaceTime iPhone step 9

Go to Settings > Mobile Service/Cellular and make sure Cellular Data is set to eSIM iPhone step 10

Enable data roaming on the new eSIM iPhone step 11

Tap "Data Mode" and make sure "Low Data Mode" is selected iPhone step 12
